Of course, we have invested heavily in ensuring we have the best technology, the right premises, the most up-to-date information. But none of it matters if we do not have top quality people to bring it all together in a proactive manner.
It is not about who has the longest list of qualifications or who has the most impressive blue-chip names on their CV. It is much more than that. It is about people who share our passion for customer service, who share our ethos of a transparent and fair approach to doing business, and who also share our determination to create a new kind of accountancy services.
