Ever since Brookson first opened its doors over 15 years ago, the heart of our business has always been about one thing – our people.
Of course, we have invested heavily in ensuring we have the best technology, the right premises, the most up-to-date information. But none of it matters if we do not have top quality people to bring it all together in proactive, no-nonsense manner.
It is not about who has the longest list of qualifications or who has the most impressive blue-chip names on their CV. It is about more than that. It is about who shares our passion for customer service, who shares our ethos of a no-nonsense, transparent approach to doing business, and who shares our determination to create a new kind of accountancy services.
We believe this is what makes us such a great team, what enables us to keep pushing forward the boundaries of accountancy, and what convinces more and more customers that we are the best people to help them look after their finances.
