Limited company incorporation

The fee for this service is £45 inc. VAT and includes:

1. Incorporation of a limited company, which can be broken down as follows:

• Assistance with choosing a company name
• Registration of your Company’s address at Companies House
• Appointment as Director of your Company
• Appointment as subscriber shareholder of your Company
• Advice on most advantageous share arrangements for your Company
• Allotment of additional shares in your Company
• Advice on setting your accounting reference date

2. Upon Incorporation of your limited company DWF will provide you with the following documents for your company:

• Memorandum of Association
• Articles of Association
• Paperwork to reduce administration of your Company (in the form of Elective Resolutions)
