The cost of our service to you begins at £9.12 per week (Gross £21) if you are a higher rate tax payer and £12.85 per week (Gross £21) if you are a basic rate tax payer. We offer the following umbrella company services as standard:

• Submission of timesheets to raise invoices ;
• Payroll calculations and net payment of funds into personal bank account via same day CHAPS payment;
• SMS notification of payments into your bank account;
• All tax deducted at source and passed to HMRC;
• Comprehensive business insurance of £2m Professional Indemnity, £5m Public Liability and £25m Employers Liability;*
• Ability to claim tax relief on allowable business expenses;
• Holiday pay accounted for in weekly income paid;
• IR35 legislation not applicable;
• Health and Safety review for each assignment;
• All statutory accounting requirements for the employment solution company concluded without your involvement;
• All statutory employer responsibilities are met in full;
• HMRC compliance;

Brookson provide these services as standard. Some providers will only pay by BACS (three day payment) not CHAPS (same day), charging extra if you want this service. Insurance is important, and we feel it is the responsibility of the umbrella company that contracts directly with your agency.

Then there are the non-standard services that Brookson provides, including personal tax advice and free year end self-assessment returns* and access to a pension scheme specially designed for contractors, all with expert advice to support you.
