1. Promoter
1.1 This Promotion is organised by Brookson Limited of Brunel House, 340 Firecrest Court, Centre Park, Warrington, WA1 1RG (“Brookson”).
2. Promotion period
2.1 The promotion will run from 7th November 2011 to 31st January 2012.
3. Promotion
3.1 Recommend a friend (the “Referred Customer”) to use one of the following services to receive a promotional reward:
3.1.1 Brookson Limited Company Accountancy Services (“Limited Services”);
3.1.2 Brookson Limited Sole Trader Accountancy Services (“Sole Trader Services”);
3.1.3 Brookson Solutions Limited Services (“Umbrella Services”).
Such rewards exclude all bespoke services and are subject to certain qualifications and restrictions (see clause 6 and 7 below).
4. Referrers
4.1 The Promotion is open to both existing customers and non—customers of Brookson who are aged 18 years or over. Referrers are categorised as follows:
4.1.1 Existing Customers using the Limited or Sole Trader Services (“Service Referrer”);
4.1.2 Existing Customers using the Umbrella Service (“Umbrella Referrer”);
4.1.3 Non-Brookson Customers (“Non Brookson Referrer”).
Hereinafter known collectively as (the “Referrer”).
5. Rewards
5.1 The rewards available to the Service and/or Umbrella Referrer and the Referred Customer will be dependent on individual circumstances and are subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement:
5.1.1 Service Referrers who recommend a new customer to the Limited or Sole Trader Service detailed in items 3.1.1 and 3.1.2 above will receive one free month of accountancy services;
5.1.2 The Referred Customer to the Limited or Sole Trader Service will receive one free month of accountancy services;
5.1.3 Service Referrers who recommend a new customer to the Umbrella Service detailed in item 3.1.3 above will receive one free month of accountancy services;
5.1.4 The Referred Customer to the Umbrella Service will receive the Umbrella Service free for two weeks;
5.1.5 Umbrella Referrers who recommend a new customer to the Limited or Sole Trader Service detailed in items 3.1.1 and 3.1.2 above will receive will receive the Umbrella Service free for two weeks;
5.1.6 The Referred Customer to the Limited or Sole Trader Service will receive one free month of accountancy services;
5.1.7 Umbrella Referrers who recommend a new customer to the Umbrella Service detailed in item 3.1.3 above will receive the Umbrella Service free for two weeks;
5.1.8 The Referred Customer to the Umbrella Service will receive the Umbrella Service free for two weeks.
5.2 The rewards available to the Non Brookson Referrer and the Referred Customer will be dependent on individual circumstances and are subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement:
5.2.1 Non-Brookson Referrers who recommend a new customer to the Limited or Sole Trader Service detailed in items 3.1.1 and 3.1.2 above will receive £100 Love2Shop gift vouchers;
5.2.2 The Referred Customer to the Limited or Sole Trader Service will receive one free month of accountancy services;
5.2.3 Non-Brookson Referrers who recommend a new customer to the Umbrella Service detailed in item 3.1.3 above will receive £50 Love2Shop gift vouchers;
5.2.4 The Referred Customer to the Umbrella Service will receive the Umbrella Service free for two weeks.
6. Qualifications
6.1 Referrers are required, where applicable, to provide the following information to enable them to be eligible to receive the Recommend a Friend rewards contained in clause 5.1 above.
6.1.1 Referrers full name;
6.1.2 Referrers Brookson ID;
6.1.3 Referrers email address;
6.1.4 Referred Customers full name;
6.1.5 Referred Customers email address;
6.1.6 Referred Customers telephone number;
6.1.7 Referred Customers full address including house number, street name, town, city, county and postcode;
6.1.8 Confirmation that Brookson can contact the Referred Customer identified by the Referrer.
6.2 In order to qualify for a reward in accordance with clauses 5.1 and 5.2 above, the following must be satisfied:
6.2.1 A consultation must be carried out by Brookson’s New Business Team to verify the
identity of the Referred Customer to see if Brookson can provide services to them;
6.2.2 The Referrer must submit the information outlined in clause 6.1 in accordance with these terms and conditions to receive a reward;
6.2.3 Any Referred Customer who is recommended to Brookson but does not agree to a consultation with Brookson’s New Business Team will not qualify for any of the rewards listed in clause 5 above;
6.2.4 Any Referred Customer who joins the Limited or Sole Trader Service must have paid at least one one direct debit payment to Brookson for the services contained at clauses 3.1.1 or 3.1.2;
6.2.6 Any Referred Customer who joins the Umbrella Service must have at least four weeks cleared payments of fees;
6.2.8 Referred Customers must join within six months of the consultation.
6.3 Referrers shall only be eligible for a reward where the Referred Customer has complied in all respects with the relevant provisions of clause 6.2 and all other relevant provisions of this agreement.
7. Restrictions
7.1 A maximum of one month free accountancy services will be provided in respect of qualifying referrals for the services outlined at clauses 3.1.1 and 3.1.2.
7.2 A maximum of two weeks free fees will be provided in respect of qualifying referrals for the services outlined in clause 3.1.3.
7.3 The reward available to the Referrer in accordance with clauses 5.1.1 and 5.1.3 includes an option of either vouchers in accordance with clause 5 or one month free based on their current trading status.
7.4 The reward available to the Referred Customer in accordance with clauses 5.1.2/5.1.6 and 5.2.2 will be placed on the Referred Customer’s second payment.
7.5 The Reward available to the Referrer may be used to offset against previous fees owed including suspended services and previous Brookson customers who have left owing fees.
7.6 This offer is not available where referred candidates have previously used any of the services referred to in item 3 above.
8. General
8.1 This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion from Brookson.
8.2 This Promotion can be used multiple times, unless notifed by Brookson in accordance with these terms and conditions.
8.3 Details submitted in accordance with this Promotion will be processed in accordance with Brookson’s Data Protection Policy which is available upon request.
8.4 Referrals not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible will be disqualified and will not receive a reward.
8.5 Brookson reserves the right to substitute the reward for a reward of a similar value should the specified reward become unavailable for any reason. The reward is non transferable and no cash alternative is available.
8.6 Brookson reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the Promotion without prior notice or liability.
8.7 By entering this Promotion, Referrers and Referred Customers will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
8.8 This Promotion is run in accordance with, and will be governed by, the laws of England.
