1. The Switching is Easy offer (“the Offer”) enables limited company contractors to switch to Brookson Limited hassle free.
2. Under the terms of the Offer, Brookson Limited will provide you with the necessary support or service needed to enter into agreement with Brookson Limited. This solely includes bringing your existing company accounts up to date to the value of £500.
3. The Offer applies to company accounts only. It does not extend to personal accounts and returns.
4. In order to qualify for this Offer, you must fulfil the following criteria;
i. You must be a limited company contractor aged 18 year or over at the time of making contact with Brookson Limited;
ii. You must have contacted Brookson Limited and discussed the Offer during the period 7th November 2011 until 30th September 2012 and consequently engaged Brookson Limited to provide limited company accountancy services (“the Service”) to your limited company by no later than 30th September 2012;
iii. You must be seeking to engage Brookson Limited to provide the Service, subject to a monthly or annual fee for at least 6 months from the date of entering into agreement with them;
iv. Your limited company must be registered at Companies House in England and Wales or Scotland;
v. You agree to engage with Brookson Limited’s Services for a minimum period of 6 months.
5. Proof of your existing contract with an accountant may be required by Brookson Limited in order to be eligible for the Offer.
6. The support/service provided by Brookson Limited will be tailored to individual circumstances and will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
7. Brookson Limited reserves the right to recover any additional costs incurred in order to affect the Offer in excess of the initial £500. You will be notified in advance of such costs. Should you fail to pay any associated costs, Brookson Limited may cease to provide any further support or services to you, until such time that payment is received. This may delay the switch to Brookson Limited.
8. Brookson Limited reserves the right to recover from you, all or any costs incurred as a result of your failure to continue to pay for the Service for 6 months following the end of the Offer.
9. The Offer made by Brookson Limited in accordance with these terms and conditions shall only be valid until the closing date of this promotion and shall not be offered in conjunction with any other offer or promotion available from Brookson Limited, except Brookson Limited’s “two month free” campaign.
10. The promoter is Brookson Limited, Brunel House, 340 Firecrest Court, Centre Park, Warrington, WA1 1RG.
11. Brookson Limited reserves the right to alter or amend the Offer and has the right to substitute the Offer for a reward of a similar value should the Offer become unavailable for any reason. The Offer is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
12. By accepting the Offer, you will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
13. This promotion is run in accordance with these terms and conditions and will be governed by the Laws of England and Wales.
