64 GB iPod Touch & Dell Mini 10 Notebook Prize Draw Rules

1. The Prize Draw is open to customers and non-customers aged 18 years or over from 12th April 2010. The Prize Draw is not open to employees of Brookson Limited, their families or anyone associated with this draw.

2. Only one entry into the Prize Draw per person is permitted. Entries must be submitted by completing the online form or sending your name and address on a piece of paper/postcard/back of an envelope to Brookson Limited, at the following address: 64GB iPod Touch & Dell Mini 10 Notebook Prize Draw, Brunel House, 340 Firecrest Court, Centre Park, Warrington, WA1 1RG and be received by 23:59 on the last day of the month to be eligible for entry into the Prize Draw for that month. The Prize Draw will run until the Thursday 30th September 2010. Entries received after this date will not be entered into the Prize Draw.

3. Brookson Limited reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrant. Entrants must be an existing Brookson customer or as a non customer, must have received a ‘best advice’ consultation from the Brookson New Business Team in order to qualify as an entrant for the Prize Draw. Brookson Limited may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entry and the prize may be withheld until and unless Brookson Limited is satisfied with the outcome of such verification.

4. Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible will be disqualified. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Proof of posting or sending by e-mail will not be accepted as proof of entry.

5. The first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize. The draw will take place on Friday 1st October 2010. Brookson Limited reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition if, in our sole discretion, a competition is not capable of being conducted as specified. One lucky winner will receive either the choice of a 64GB iPod Touch or a Dell Mini 10 Notebook. Brookson Limited reserves the right to provide substitute prize(s) or prize(s) of a similar value should the specified prize(s) become unavailable for any reason. The prize is non transferable and no cash alternative is available. The decision of the promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. The winner will be informed within 7 days of the draw taking place. Details of the monthly winner will be available by sending an SAE to Brookson Limited, ‘64GB iPod Touch & Dell Mini 10 Notebook Prize Draw Winner List' at the address given in condition 2 above.

7. All winners agree to take part in publicity in connection with this prize draw.

8. If a prize is unclaimed after 1 month after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, Brookson Limited will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winners for having done so.

9. Brookson Limited reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice or liability.

10. By entering the competition, entrants will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and be bound by them.
