Insurance Terms and Conditions

  • These terms apply to the ‘Pay the difference’ offer.
  • The offer is only available to new customers when you buy a comprehensive annual insurance contract from Brookson Insurance Services.
  • Subject to these terms and conditions, you will be eligible for payment of the amount between the premium charged  by Brookson Insurance Services and an alternative provider for the same policy cover, sections, indemnity levels etc .  Any differential in cover or policy sections will void this offer unless the alternative you source provides more cover.
  • Only one payment available per household. 
  • We will send you a cheque for the agreed amount. The payment will be issued no sooner than 60 days after the policy start date. Please allow 28 days for delivery. 
  • Payment will be made to the first named policyholder only.
  • If you default in paying any premiums due under the policy within 60 days of the policy start date the amount claimed will not be payable. 
  • Please print off these Terms and Conditions and keep them with your policy documents for future reference.  
  • We may withdraw or amend this offer at any time, subject to applicable law. 
  • Payment must be claimed within 30 days of the policy start date. Any claims made after this date will not be accepted. You will need to provide proof of your quotation and details of the provider.
