Step 1: Incorporate a limited company

We can incorporate your limited company quickly and cheaply. We have a relationship with Jordan’s who will incorporate your company at a discounted rate of £65+VAT. This only takes approximately 5–10 minutes over the phone! Once this has been completed you will receive a Certificate of Incorporation within 24 hours, confirming that your company has been incorporated.

Step 2: Set up a business bank account

You will need a business bank account. If you open one of our specially negotiated and unique business bank accounts with HSBC and RBS it’s free (specially negotiated for you), opened quickly and enables us to receive electronic daily updates of your business bank account. This ensures we can advise you based on real time information and saves you the hassle of having to send us copies of bank statements. This is a free business bank account and if required we can send you further information on each bank before you make that decision.

Step 3: Prepare to trade
