BI Analyst

Working within the IS Department the role holder will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and production of reports and data sets throughout the business. They will be technically strong in the areas of effective data management, efficient report writing and have the ability to provide meaningful data analytics and insights throughout all areas and levels of the business.



The role holder will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, interpreting, understanding and managing complex account queries and conveying information in a way that the customer can understand. The role requires a pro-active approach to managing the portfolio to ensure that clients are always informed and updated and therefore remain compliant.

New Business On- Boarding Co-Ordinator

The role holder will offer support to the New Business Consultants. This is by ensuring that they eliminate work that detracts the New Business Consultants obtaining more joiners. Although there is an element of sales as a part of the role, the primary function of the On Boarding Co-ordinator is to ensure that the experience of all prospects is aligned with ‘The Brookson Way’.

Customer Services Advisor

In your role as Customer Services Advisor you will be dealing with inbound and outbound contacts with Brookson customers, using a variety of communication methods. Your main focus will be ‘First Contact Resolution’, ensuring every contact made is responded to in an effective, professional manner and within agreed service levels.
